PK Tutoring offers personalized tutoring services for Math, Physics, and Chemistry for Grades 10, 11, and 12. Our services include one-on-one tutoring sessions, group sessions, and online resources tailored to meet the educational needs of our students.
3. Booking and Payment
a. Booking: To schedule a tutoring session, you must complete the online booking process on our website or contact us directly. All bookings are subject to availability.
b. Payment: Payment for tutoring services is required in advance. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and online payment methods. Prices are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds for unused sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us directly to discuss your concerns. Refunds can be issued 3 hours before class starts.
5. Code of Conduct
a. Student Behavior: We expect students to conduct themselves in a respectful and constructive manner during tutoring sessions. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of services without a refund.
b. Tutor Behavior: We are committed to providing high-quality educational support. If you have any concerns about a tutor's behavior or performance, please contact us immediately.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by PK Tutoring, including but not limited to educational resources, website content, and promotional materials, are the intellectual property of PK Tutoring and may not be used or reproduced without our explicit permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
PK Tutoring is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services or website is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
